Workflow & Posing: We will review my favorite newborn positions and workflows. Both traditional poses and organic posing will be covered. Enhance your galleries by utilizing angles, macro imagery, prop, and parent set-ups. You will have the opportunity to observe me posing our sweet models and will also have hands on time where you will take over the primary posing role.
Sleepy Baby Tips: Help your clients prepare for a successful session before they arrive to your studio. I’ll share my tips and tricks for helping baby to settle and become sleepy for their session.
Studio Lighting: Using studio lighting does not have to be scary! We will review my simple studio set-up and lighting techniques that will help you create consistent and beautifully lit images.
Editing: Learn my “sweet and simple” newborn editing process utilizing Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) and Photoshop. Create clean and beautiful edits without investing hours on each image.
Style & Branding: Each and every one of us has our own style and aesthetic. Learn how to find your unique approach to your art and how to create images that reflect the brand you wish to convey.
Business Basics: Accounting, taxes, and contracts…oh, my! Examine the practical side of running a business and audit the areas of your business that may need attention.
